The Ganischgerhof is ideally situated, offering our guests excellent conditions for mountain biking, hiking, golf and active holidays in summer and for skiing holidays, cross-country skiing holidays as well as winter hikes and snowshoe hikes in winter.
The village of Nova Ponente is only 2 minutes away from the hotel and can be reached at any time with the Guest Shuttle of the Ganischgerhof. Nova Ponente is a typical South Tyrolean mountain village and at the same time a holiday paradise on a sunny high plateau at 1350 metres above sea level.
The small, picturesque village centre with its alleys is surrounded by countless beautifully maintained farms, meadows and forests. Near the Ganischgerhof you will also find the famous lake Carezza. In its gentle deep green water, the Latemar is reflected surrounded by unique forests and natural landscapes.
Due to its unique location, Nova Ponente has been the village with the most hours of sunshine in South Tyrol for three of the last five years. Considering the 300 average sunny days in our region, it is easy to imagine how beautiful and sunny the holiday area around Nova Ponente is.
