Information for your booking at Ganischgerhof

  • Binding booking: Your booking becomes binding after your written booking (electronic reservation request) and our electronically transmitted written confirmation
  • Payment/deposit: The invoice must be paid on departure. We reserve the right to request a deposit of min. 400 € per room and max. 30% of the total price for each binding booking. The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer to our bank account.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash until 3.999,00 €, EC cards, Visa, MasterCard and advance payment by bank transfer.

  • Rates: All rates are per room and day in double occupancy including breakfast or Ganis Board Plus, all taxes and charges (BB / Ganis Board Plus), excluding the tourist (3,40 € per person per day; children under 14 years of age are exempted) – (3,70 € from 01.01.2025)
  • Children: Child discounts and reduction for 3rd person only in parents’ room. You can find the reduced children’s prices in our online price list. When booking online, the age-based prices for children are calculated automatically.
  • Single room: For a double room in single use will be applicated a reduction of 30% on the daily rate.
  • Arrival: On the day of arrival, we will make your holiday accommodation available to you from 2:00 pm. All booked services such as the Ganis Board Plus etc. also are valid from 14:00.
  • Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 11:00 am. The Ganis Board Plus and all other services are also no longer valid after 11:00 am.
  • Parking: Parking at the Hotel is free of charge for our guests. For a reserved parking space in our underground garage, we charge € 10,00 per day.
  • Dogs: You are welcome to bring your pet with you for a surcharge of € 30.00 per day (without food); however, we ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the sauna and spa area nor in the dining room. You can find more information about your holiday with dogs here. If necessary we charge an amount of € 35,00 to € 200,00 for the final cleaning of the room.
  • Packages: Only one price advantage (package) can be applied per holiday week.
  • Breakfast on the day of arrival: € 25 per person
  • Free Wifi in all the Hotel
  • Guest Pass: Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

    • The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

    • The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Cancellation policy

Standard Rate

Our guests do not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code („Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code)“) – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation until 8 days before the day of arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of early departure: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate for every day not used.

 

For the periods from 20.07. to 31.08., from 20.12. to 10.01. and from 01.02. to 10.03. the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation until 30 days before the day of arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation from 29 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of early departure: 100% of the agreed total price
  • In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily rate for every day not used.

Important: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are partially or fully re-rented.

Not Refundable

These rates are non-refundable. The total amount must be paid immediately by credit card at the time of booking
