GTC & Cancellation Conditions EHC
Inscription - Waiting list
Fill in and submit your data for the binding registration on the website www.eggentalclassic.it – section Enrolment & Prices. After the confirmation from the EHC organisation, you will receive a payment request for the deposit, which must be transferred to our bank account within 14 days after our confirmation.
A complete reservation includes:
- perfectly filled online form including the deposit (receipts regarding the deposit)
- a copy of the driver’s licence
- a printable picture of the car (at least 1 MB landscape format)
Inscriptions without payment of the deposit won’t be accepted. The inscriptions are stopped by the organizer, as soon as the maximal number of participants is reached. The organizer reserves his right to refuse inscriptions without allegation of reasons.
There is the possibility to join the waiting list without obligation. In case of available starting places, we will inform you immediately about the possible participation – the free places will be given chronological regarding the waiting list.

Cancellation conditions 2025
In case of cancellation on the side of the organizer, the deposit will be paid back completely.
Is the cancellation caused by an act of nature beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, or others), the management will retain 1.050€ to cover the raised finances up to that moment, the organization and as reservation fees.
In case of cancellation on the side of the participant – independent of the reason – the following cancelation conditions are valid:
- Up to the 31 of july 2025 the deposit will be paid back minus the arrangement fee of 500€
- From the 1st of august 2025 the whole deposit will be withheld as cancellation penalty
- From the 15th of september 2025 the whole price must be paid to the organizer. If necessary, the bill of the outstanding remaining sum will be displaid after the 12th of October 2025.
To avoid discomfort, we consider you to make a travel cancellation insurance.
Liability
With the completed inscription the drivers ensure, to know all the terms including the rules, as well as accept all the implementation determination. The participants obligate their selves, to follow the italian traffic rules (“Codice della strada”) and confirm to take irrevocable, civil, and penal accountability for every physical injury as well as damage to property, caused by participants and their cars.
The participants register, that the organizer, public authorities connected to the event, organizations and people will refuse any kind of accountability caused by physical injury as well as damage to property developed during the event. In case of indemnity claim against the organizer by a third person caused by damage by a participant or its car, the organizer and other parties remain damage- and suit less.
The participants assure, to have registered, that their car must be validly approved and commands a liability insurance and if needed authority of the car owner. The driver confirms that he owns a driver’s license valid in Italy.
The participants register, that pictures, videos, and audios taken during the event are used for internal purposes as well as PR purposes. No claims can be made, even if their published in no proximate connection to the event.
Regulations Eggentaler Herbst Classic

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The overall length of the 20th Eggentaler Herbst Classic is about 540 km and is subdivided in the prologue and 4 stages with equality and target times tests. On specific selected parts of the tour no tests are made to give the participants the possibility to enjoy the beautiful landscape. The start interval between the vehicles is 1 minute– each team receives 1 road book and the necessary board cards.
3. ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
A driver, wishing to enter a vehicle for this event must ensure that, at the date of scrutineering and for the duration of the event, his vehicle is legal admitted for the countries through which the event will be going. The organizer may refuse the participation of a vehicle which doesn’t comply with the spirit and appearance of the periods. The organizer may combine and/or subdivide any period’s classification.

Cars, which were authorized after the 1.1.1987, are allowed to participate at the Rallye and the exams, but won’t be considered for the classification.

5. ENTRY FEES
The entry fee for each vehicle is 3.030 € for the 3 days rally package. (Other packages and prices indicated on the official website)
Refund: Only after payment of the deposit the registration is valid. In case of cancellation by the participant, the above mentioned cancellation conditions apply.
By submitting the application form, the driver recognizes the provisions unconditionally.
Competition numbers must be placed throughout the entire event on both sides of the vehicle.
The organizer is not responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by placing the competition numbers.

INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER
The organizer stipulates a public-liability insurance for an amount of e 3.000.000 for any damage suffered by people or things and of an amount of e 3.000.000 for property damages.
6.1 DISCLAIMER
First driver, second driver and vehicle owner take part in the event at their own risk. They take charge of penal – and public – liability for any damage caused by them or the vehicle they use. With the delivery of the registration, first driver and second driver waive any claim to the organizer and the other involved subjects. The disclaimer declaration has to be subscribed at the documentation delivery (administrative check).
6.2 GENERAL
First driver and second driver take charge of respecting the organizer’s entire disposal, the race manager and the delegates. With the delivery of the entry fees, first driver and second driver give their consent, for their sponsor as well, to the organizer to record all the activities connected with the event and divulge them through public Medias or other channels, without them to waive any claim to the organizer or the Medias. The pictures public by the organizer have to be free from any third right and can be used by the organizer. The copyright of the entire event is an organizer property.
7. TRAFFIC RULES
Each team which does not observe the road traffic regulations is subject to the following penalties:
- 1st infringement – deduction of 100 points
- 2nd infringement – deduction of 300 points
- 3rd infringement – disqualification
Exceeding the permitted maximum speed by the road traffic regulations by more than 50% may also result in disqualification. In the case of any infringement of the road traffic regulations by a participating rally team, the infringement recording police (Carabinieri, Polizia Stradale) must penalize the culprit like any other common road user.
8. BOARD CARDS / START INTERVAL / CONTROLS
Each team receives at the start the timecards. These have to be restituted at the TC’s of the leg ends. Each team is personal responsible to the timecard. The loss of the timecard brings the exclusion for the team.
Disqualification of the participants:
- To deliberately block the passage of competing
- To prevent or to forestall the overtaking of other vehicles
- To behave in an unsportsmanlike manner
Starting interval:
Between the vehicles will be 30 seconds for the prologue and 1 minute for the other tours (subject to change).
Control posts:
Time controls (TC): For checking of the equalized driving and for preservation of the organization as well as for finishing and start of a leg will be installed time controls
(TC) on different points on the route. The exact positions of all TC’s and the desired leg times are mentioned in the road book and the drivers have to know it.
Passage controls (PC): By means of the passage controls the organizer surveys that the teams adhere to the default rally route exactly. The positions of the PC’s are not known by the drivers. For each passage control you get 20 points.
Secret equability time controls (STC): During equability tests the requested average velocity is controlled, measure the predefined time of the target time tests. It’s measured by time printer, photo-electric quards and hoses. During target time tests there are no secret average velocity controls.

The winners are the participants with most points. If two have the same points, the older vehicle is the winner. Winners are determined in different classifications (Point 3) and one winner of all classifications (I-V). For each Passage Control you get 10 points.
Factor for the year of construction:
Until 1930 score multiplied by year factor of 1.15
1931 – 1945 score multiplied by year factor of 1.10
1946 – 1965 score multiplied by year factor of 1.05
1966 – 1986 no year factor
10. PROTESTS
No kind of protests are permissible. A written petition containing the number of the equability test and the start number can be sent to the race director for the control of certain times.
11. OBSTRUCTION
Any type of obstruction as well as unforeseen events are bad luck in the rally and no changes of the results will be made.
